About the event
Through the mātauranga māori, we will explore the ancient ritual of Taiawa Steaming to heal and nurture our own wellbeing. This journey is about creating a safe environment where we can learn to reconnect with our whare tangata, our tīnana, and the beautiful traditions of our tūpuna.
