An āhurumowai (sanctuary) in West Auckland providing wellbeing support grounded in matauranga and tikanga maori.
Hine Rei provides spaces that supports wāhine and their whānau to remember and activate their inherent mana.
Our Support
Hine Rei provides rongoā māori services including Mirimiri/Romiromi and Whitiwhiti Kōrero. Our whare is also home to psychologists and midwives, all working in partnership to ensure our wāhine and their whānau can thrive. All our services can be access privately, or through various community partners including ACC, below is more information on how we can support you or your whānau.
THERAPY
An amazing collective of wāhine psychologists and counsellors hold space for their clients at the Hine Rei whare.
MIDWIFERY
We have māori midwives offerring their services to māmā and their whānau at the Hine Rei whare.
Weekly Community Clinic
Nau mai, haere mai, our Community Clinic is held every Thursday from 6pm to 8pm, offering a sanctuary for you to reset your mauri and find balance through the magic of Mirimiri/Romiromi.
We operate on a walk-in basis for this community kaupapa, so there’s no need to book, just bring yourself and an open heart.
