Ki Tua i te Ārai - Taiawa Sacred Steaming Sessions

We invite you to join us with your friends, your māmā, your aunties or sisters or just on your own to experience space and time with other wāhine. Where we can kōrero, laugh and cry together and be introduced to the ways of our tūpuna to grow and to reconnect with our bodies, our cycles and our beautiful healing and self care practices. 

Taiawa Steaming

This is an ancient practice of our tūpuna kuia, that upholds and nurtures the mana and the wellbeing of our whare tangata. A practice that helps to remove connections to old relationships, emotions, trauma and belief systems that we may be carrying from our experiences and our whakapapa.
